these are a small collection of photos i’ve taken that i like in no particular order. i have far more than just these!
an abandoned church i visited during a long expedition across various spots around the city. it might look edited but rest assured all of the light really did only come from the stained glass - it was completely dark and very cold otherwise.

another abandoned church that i have visted many times throughout the years as i started to take photography more seriously. unfortunately it has seen hard times from vandalism, but i look forward to taking photos of the place again if its redevelopment plans go through.

a macro shot of rain droplets on grass. the sub $100 telephoto lens i used to take this is definitely nothing fancy but i do like the purple fringing and chromatic abberation this lens does.

a recreation center that was in the process of being demolished against the typical gray sky in the city. the piece of brick and window was all that was left of the place once i took this photo.

my first experience using a film camera! this is an abandoned swimming pool that has since been transformed into a grafitti skate park. i can’t even pretend to know what made the photo come out foggy like this, but i like the faded look of it. this was also the first time i used the Konica Autoreflex T4 i found for cheap, and aside from desperately needing cleaned, worked perfectly.
the film used was an unopened roll of Seattle Filmworks 400 which expired on january 2000, shot at ISO 100 to compensate for the age. it was sitting on a very bright and hot windowsill for months before i used it up, which may be why the photos turned out the way they did.
